The workshop will focus on utilizing cBioPortal as a tool for cancer genomics analysis and visualization. Participants will be able to explore in their own laptops, key features of the platform, practice analyzing datasets, and discuss examples to understand its application in research, gaining insights into effective data interpretation and visualization techniques.
