Information infrastructure project (INF): Bioinformatics and Data management

The INF-project provides a broad research-data management (RDM), bioinformatics, and data analysis support for the entire CRC through a combination of bioinformatics services, an integrating data platform, RDM consultancy and networking. Our vision is to establish sustainable structures that ensure the documentation, preservation, and publication of research (meta)data under high quality standards, allowing the project partners to derive conclusions about essential aspects of lymphoma biology. In this first funding period we focus on the end-to-end support for sequencing and imaging data analysis and data handling as well as the data sharing platform.
