C06 is using AI and deep learning to integrate multimodal datasets and identify patterns in B cell malignancies. Their focus is on automating histopathology slide interpretation to detect RT (CLL transformation to DLBCL), a progression with poor prognosis. By training AI models on patient cohorts and murine lymphoma samples, the project aims to predict RT and identify at-risk patients. The work also includes integrating imaging techniques like mass cytometry and spatial transcriptomics for a deeper understanding of disease pathogenesis.
